After 7 sets of very competitive badminton, Hasma Hadibroto and Angga Dewantara won today’s John Asher Mens Doubles tournament by one point, ahead of James Phillips and Dan Parsloe.
With eight pairs entered, a round robin of one set against all pairs was organised. The handicaps ranged from Martin Taylor and Rudi Hendon-John -16 to Luke Scrimshaw and Paul Walshe +3.
This was the second occasion that Hasma Hadibroto and Angga Dewantara have won this tournament having been victorious four seasons ago.
